Decorative house in our old dutch style with dutch flag, especially nice when you have two or more of it! The whole in the roof is to let the heat come out, when you put a small candle in. It is not tested if the candle stays on during wind outside, that is why we do not explicitally recommend this as an outside lantern. It is meant to be a decorative house. Burning a candle inside is on own risk, but it sure does look beautiful!
